Drew Gonser has experience in all manner of Family Court matters including divorce, property division, alimony, spousal support, custody and visitation, Hague Convention proceedings in federal court, dependency and neglect proceedings, child support, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, termination of parental rights, surrogacy matters, protection from abuse (PFA), and juvenile delinquency matters.

Drew also serves as a volunteer attorney at the Self - Help center in the family court, volunteers to represent children in dependency and neglect proceedings and volunteers to help victims of abuse in protection from abuse proceedings through the Victim's Advocacy Program and through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.  In addition, Drew sponsors and organizes a Five K Walk/Run each June together with the University of Delaware Men's soccer team for the benefit of Prevent Child Abuse Delaware.
