Ms. Gorman practices primarily in the areas of Elder Law, Wills and Estates, and Residential Real Estate. Among other things, Ms. Gorman assists clients with adult guardianship proceedings, Medicaid planning, and nursing home issues. She also prepares Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorneys, and Advance Health Care Directives, and assists clients with probate matters in Delaware, including estate administration. Ms. Gorman has experience in deed preparation for the transfer of real property, as well as representing Buyers with respect to the purchase and refinance of residential real estate. Ms. Gorman also has experience with ancillary divorce proceedings and adoptions in Family Court.
