Bill prepares Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorneys, and Advance Health Care Directives, and assists clients with probate matters in Delaware, including estate administration. Bill has experience in deed preparation for the transfer of real property, as well as representing Buyers with respect to the purchase and refinance of residential real estate. Bill also has experience with Family Court matters such as, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, termination of parental rights, surrogacy matters. In addition, Bill works with clients in civil commitment (mental health) matters and he has extensive experience in contract drafting and review as well as experience in business formation and start-up.
